Extra Curricular Activities

The college provides ample chance for co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Students at SVDC, a top PG colleges in Mahabubnagar will be encouraged to take part in sports, essay writing, elocution and quiz computations. Students who make their mark will be suitably rewarded by the management by sanctioning scholarships. College encourages study tours, field trips and excursions. Every year excursions are planned to places of scientific and Historical interest. These trips will help students for practical learning.

A science congress on applications of science to society organized by Dept. of Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry in Feb’09. Distinguished experts from the industries like Shanta Biotech, Transgene Biotek and Genetech Pvt. Ltd. and also Professors from different Universities participated in this programme.

Prerana

Conducted Inter College Quiz, Elocution and Essay writing competetions in our auditorium in association with FocOl. One of our student got gold medal and awarded with District best commerce student from FOCOL. SVDC, the best degree b com colleges in Mahabubnagar Organised Industrial visit to CCMB, CPMB, IICT and NIN.

Bio feast

A seminar organised by Biotechnology and Micro Biology Departments of SVDC, which was held on a grand scale. Industry experts and renowned professors from various Universities have participated in the event.
